Before scheduling, please verify using the Current Status list below that we are currently accepting new patients with your insurance. If your insurance is listed as "OPEN" then you may move forward to book your appointment. If it is listed as "FULL" then we are currently at capacity for that plan and cannot accept a new patient using that insurance. However, a spot may open up at any time so please return to this page at a later date to verify current status. You may also contact your insurance company for an alternative referral. We are currently not keeping a waitlist.
